We have strong technical tax knowledge with the skill, experience and ability to prepare and complete a wide range of compliance tax returns for large corporations and/or small and medium businesses. These returns include consolidated company returns, income tax returns for all entities and individuals, Fringe Benefits Tax and GST. Complimentary to these returns, Tax Effect Accounting calculations can be prepared and completed.

Our strengths also include technical tax knowledge, providing service, advice and value add to identified clients. Skills also in researching, resourcing and interpretation of income tax legislation, rulings, case law and other information, including preparation of tax briefs and summaries which identify, outline and highlight the relevant tax issues of an assignment.

Our specialist team tax knowledge can provide internal business units with tax advice or knowledge and the application of tax rules, allowing business leaders to understand and address tax issues that arise from ordinary business transactions or new business proposals.

We have a strong background and experience in establishing, implementing and using IT software, with a proven background in establishing and implementing various tax software packages as an aid to completing tax assignments.

In dealing with complex income tax issues, our proven experience is attending to the tax affairs and matters of companies wanting to implementing good risk management principles to achieve best outcomes.

We offer services for complex assignments involving structuring issues, international tax assignments, Capital Gains Tax, Trusts, and Fringe Benefits Tax to achieve new growth or acquisition plans.
